Q. If all video is captured in 1920×1080i why only sell them at 1280×720? Can we get the HD files?  A. While all videos are captured in 1920×1080i they are only for sale here in the 1280×720 or 720×480 format. If you need a specific clip in 1920×1080i they are for sale at http://www.alwayshd.com. They are the exclusive distributor for all my high-resolution files.  Q.  Is there a money back guarantee?  A.  No, the policy is to insure the customer gets what they paid for. If the download is corrupt or gets lost in transfer we will make it right by providing the download again.   Q.  What kind of camera do you use?   A.  I use a combination of JVC, Canon and Sony cameras. All  videos are captured in ”full” HD not 1440×1080  Q.  Are the videos color corrected?  A.  No, every video is hand picked. If it’s not good, then it isn’t used. I have hundreds of videos that I won’t sell because the quality isn’t to my broadcast standards.Q.  Do you offer package deals?  A.  Contact sales@gracehd.com and put in a request.  Q. No, mpg is the capture format and changing will reduce quality. The format is also recognized by all mainstream software editors.
